De Sekonic L-758D lichtmeter is het nieuwe topmodel en de eerste lichtmeter ter wereld die gekalibreerd en aangepast kan worden aan de gevoeligheid van de sensor van uw digitale camera bij alle ISO waarden. Verder kunt u het flits/omgevingslicht en de file formaat karakteristieken instellen. En als toevoeging kunt u het dynamisch bereik van de sensor invoeren en opslaan in het geheugen van de lichtmeter. Het invoeren van het dynamisch bereik van de sensor van uw camera zorgt ervoor dat u kunt zien wanneer het beeld gaat uitbreken. En dat is ontzettend belangrijk want als het beeld uitbreekt zit daar geen informatie meer in en dat kunt u niet meer terughalen. Via de Sekonic Digital Transfer Software kunt u alle camera/profiel data uploaden vanuit een PC of Mac naar de Sekonic L-758DR. U kunt maximaal 3 verschillende cameraprofielen opslaan die u snel kunt oproepen en verwisselen zodra u van camera verandert. Door middel van de waarschuwingsindicators voor dee belichtingsspeelruimte en de aangepaste Mid-tone instellingen heeft u een optimale toonschaal en belichting binnen handbereik. De Sekonic L-758DR versie heeft een zender ingebouwd waarmee u de Pocket Wizard serie(draadloos systeem) kunt ?triggeren?.
